The Exercise Lab ‘Neck Pain Program’ commitment is to pave the roadmap, so you can seamlessly progress step by step. That is - you will understand exactly what needs to be done for you to successfully progress between appointments - without the guess work.

This program is for the shoulder that:

  • Is painful doing daily tasks that never used to cause pain

  • Hasn't been fixed by other treatment such as stretching or heat packs

  • Is in need of exercise that is safe and effective

    • The neck and shoulder have an extremely close relationship (and actions of one, can cause issues with the other). Examining their relationship specific to YOUR body can go a long way to finding the answers your been searching for.

    • Provide you with a no nonsense explanation of your pain. Your understanding of your injury is important to your recovery - rather than blindly seeing what sticks!

    • Build a roadmap which outlines your treatment plan so you aren't left feeling unsure about your recovery.

    • Decreasing the load and lessening the pressure on your neck is an important first step towards you feeling the weight lifted off your shoulders.

    • Building foundational strength and stability to provide your neck with the support it needs. Theraband exercises alone are NOT enough.

    • Develop a game plan to appropriately progress you towards your end goal. Not playing snakes and ladders!

    • Rebound from your injury & pain to return to enjoying movement and activities.

    • You will no longer need to feel restricted by your neck pain and can enjoy social interactions again.
