Simon is passionate about using resistance-based training to help his clients achieve their goals in relation to their health and fitness. Simon has a strong understanding of the musculoskeletal system which allows for effective exercise prescription for cardiac and respiratory rehabilitation. A big focus of Simon’s training is using education to help clients not only understand why exercise is beneficial for them, but also to give them the skills to be able to utilise independent exercise to manage their health. He is extremely passionate about exercise and believes it is crucial to overall health and well-being, not just a tool for injury rehabilitation and prevention.
Simon has a strong interest in:
Musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation (including return to sport)
Chronic disease prevention and management
Cardiac rehabilitation (Coronary Heart Disease, Heart attack or angina, stent/heart surgery and cardiomyopathy)
Respiratory rehabilitation (COPD and Long-Covid)
Returning injured workers back to the workplace (Workcover and CTP Insurance)
Chronic disease prevention and management (with an emphasis on metabolic health eg diabetes, hyperlipidemia)
Chronic musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation (particularly lumbar spine & lower limb injuries)
Endocrine System Disorders (Including Diabetes, PCOS, Hashimoto’s Disease, Hyperthyroidism/Hypothyroidism, Graves Disease)

She is enthusiastic about empowering clients to take control of their health through education and exercise. Pip has a strong passion for the musculoskeletal system, particularly creating strong preventative foundations to enable lifelong movement and mobility. Her ability to understand the needs of the client and their injuries is what enables Pip to get amazing results for her clients!

Rachael specialises in resistance-based exercise and movement for the prevention, management and rehabilitation of disease and injury. Her skills in exercise prescription, behavioural change and reducing future injury risk are essential to why she is very successful in assisting her clients to achieve their goals.
Rachael has a strong interest in:
Helping people recover from musculoskeletal injuries (bone, muscle, tendon & ligament)
Rehabilitation for pre and post surgery
Sports specific training
Monitoring & addressing recreational athlete training load.
She believes that a holistic approach to exercise is the crucial foundation of a healthy lifestyle and improves the capacity to incorporate exercise into a daily routine.
